Drinking tea at a posh cafe against a roadside tea stall

Drinking tea is a common scenario in our country because it refreshes our mind and makes us active rather than feeling lazy or sleepy.  Right from teen ager to aged people everyone likes drinking tea. The main place where people can have tea is at home. But due to busy activities one cannot prepare tea at home and may probably visit a café or tea stall.

There are some difference between the above two places. First of all, drinking tea at a posh café is very expensive. All those people who can afford it normally drinks tea in such places. Secondly, when we read menu of  a café we can find various types of tea, like green tea, black tea, decaffeinated tea, special tea of spices besides normal milk tea. But this service we do not find in roadside tea stall. They normally have a basic type of tea, that is normal tea. Moreover teas served in café are expensive. A cup of tea in any luxurious café may cost above fifty taka and on top of that a person has to pay tips too to the waiter. But this is not the case in roadside tea stall. Tea is very cheap like six taka and there is no need for paying tips as there is no waiters to serve. As soon as tea is ready they give us.

Also, luxurious café takes care of preparation too. After all, not only the flavors are important but also presentation. It is through presentation that people are impressed about what they are eating or drinking and they became so enamored they like visiting again and again. But in roadside tea stall they don’t care about presenting it. Another difference is tea in posh café are hygienic and clean because they check it as they don’t want  to hear complaint as it can hamper it reputation of the café.  Also in café it is pollution free as it is a building enclosed with wall and doors. To make the customers feel comfortable there are air conditioners as all the café have this standard. Whereas in road side tea stall it is open area. The tea cups are dirty, unhygienic as they don’t scrub it, only washes in water. In a typical tea stall, either  people drink by standing or there are benches to sit on. And because it is situated in a roadside movement of vehicles cause pollution in that area too.
Last but not the least, posh café maintain the standards to earn goodwill which roadside tea stall doesn’t and they won’t care also if a customer who visited once and never comes.  Ideally, both places are for hanging around.
