Social Distancing or Physical Distancing | COVID-19


Social distancing can be tough because after all humans are social animals. It may feel odd, disorienting, or lonely to have to keep your distance. So look for other means to stay in contact with others such as your the spread of a virus if it is done well. So keep in mind to combat this phone, or social media. Social distancing can be an effective way of slowing pandemic, we are all in this together, just not that physically close together.


"Social distancing makes it sound like people should stop communicating with one another, while instead we should be preserving as much community as we can even while we keep our physical distance from one another.

We need to do physical distancing to protect everyone's physical wellbeing, but mental wellbeing is obviously also important, and social isolation is not good for mental wellbeing"
